The Four Pillars

No. 002
I spent a lot of time deciding how I wanted to identify MMP. Realizing that every good organization has a set of core values, I chose to search for a few that held a deep meaning in my own life. So, with that, I settled on these:
The Four Pillars of The Memento Mori Project
Integrity: Living authentically, staying true to your principles, and building trust with yourself and others.
Discipline: Having the strength to stay focused on consistent, even when the path is difficult.
Resilience: Embracing challenges and turning obstacles into growth opportunities.
Humility: Staying grounded, open to learning, and acknowledging that personal growth is a continuous journey.
I chose these four specific things because I never fail to notice when someone embodies these characteristics. To me, they represent a solid foundation from which to build a life of merit – one which you will be proud of.
An Action to Implement
Reflect on which of these values resonates most with you. Think long and hard about it, and try to incorporate it into your week ahead.
Inspiring Words to Live By
“Wash yourself clean. With simplicity, with humility, with indifference to everything but right and wrong. Care for other human beings.”
Thanks for reading! I truly hope you got just as much out of this newsletter as I did writing it.
